How it is calculated

Yearly contract cost = hourly rate × billed hours per day × billed days per week × billed weeks per year. The monthly average is that amount divided by 12. The first year is a full contract year plus one-off fees. Your actual monthly invoice may differ; ask the provider what the quote includes.
