Wiegklaar
How we prepare our guides.
Wiegklaar was built by two parents-to-be in the Netherlands. Our guides help you make decisions and arrange practical preparations. We take responsibility for their selection, checking and maintenance under the Wiegklaar editorial team name.
Sources and examples
We prefer the organisation responsible for a topic: for example Rijksoverheid, UWV, Dienst Toeslagen, SVB, De Verloskundige or VeiligheidNL. Important factual claims link to a source. Each guide lists its references and last editorial checking date.
Worksheets and worked examples are our own. Example prices are not market averages. We state assumptions and distinguish legal requirements from suggested planning windows.
From research to publication
AI assists with research, structure, writing and translation. The owners check each guide before publication. A research date is separate from editorial approval: drafts are excluded from the guide directory and sitemap and are marked noindex.
We do not provide medical assessments. Medical topics require a real, named, qualified reviewer before publication. Safety information is checked against the relevant official guidance. We never invent personal experience, product tests or experts.
Keeping information current
Amounts and rules can change. Before applying or making a decision, confirm the current conditions with the organisation responsible. A checking date changes only after a substantive review.
